How the hell does a housing association property get to this stage?
There is a requirement for yearly Gas and 5 yearly Electrical certificates, along with fire safety considerations. Even at 2 bottles per day you’re talking well over 4 years worth of rubbish. This should have been picked up much sooner, this association needs a kick up the arse!
Exposing vulnerable people’s private life like this isn’t news – it’s cruelty. They need help, not “hell” headlines.
