Engage with Washington to the extent that they are open to hearing our concerns. Engage with our European partners to the extend they are willing to listen and actually provide substantial commitment to rearmament.
In the meantime we pursue a two fold strategy to reduce break out time to nuclear capability.
Pursue long range missile development. Let’s put *our* satellites in the sky. Let’s have our own satellite internet capacity and spying/observational capability that we can lend to the Ukrainians to help them in the absence of other international help.
Secondly we absolutely need to get serious about bringing nuclear power to play a major role in the nation’s energy grid. We need to reduce our reliance on natural gas (and by extension the middle east and Washington). Cheap electricity reduces our foreign dependence on oil and gasoline for transit. Continue building out renewables for surplus capacity wherever possible but we need to have good baseline power.

Poland has exactly one target for nukes, Russia. And a single nuke won’t deter a Russian invasion.
Hedging is bullshit. Poland should strive for nuclear sharing in alliance with several countries e.g. France and the u.s.a. those nukes could be used in a war immediately unlike “nuclear hedging”….

Poland could start with building nuclear power station first. Just saying…
