Stamattina mi hanno chiamato una volta, non ho risposto perché ero occupata e non ho avuto tempo di richiamare neanche fino a sera.
Ora vedo questo. L’hanno rispedito indietro 5 ore dopo avermi chiamato, è normale? Dpd non è il mio operatore abituale quindi non ho idea di come funzionino
Non me ne preoccupavo, perché TUTTE le aziende ti danno almeno una settimana per ritirare il pacco se la consegna non è andata a buon fine. Gli armadietti InPost di solito aspettano qualche giorno e Poczta Polska conserva il tuo pacco al punto di ritiro per una settimana e puoi venire in qualsiasi momento (durante l’orario di apertura, intendo). Ma DPD lo rispedisce IMMEDIATAMENTE?
Posso recuperarlo in qualche modo?
Non ho idea di cosa sia né chi lo ha inviato. Ho ordinato 2 cose da aliexpress, le ho ordinate entrambe 3 giorni fa (non è possibile che arrivino così velocemente), ma entrambi gli ordini sono in transito (in attesa del volo per la Polonia) a meno che non ci sia un errore e in qualche modo sono arrivati in 3 giorni e Ali non ha aggiornato lo stato

Call their customer support and ask for this case. Reddit can’t help you
I cant see any delivery fail info on the ss. Usually dpd redelivers next day / sends it to nearby dpd pick up point. But this is based on my experience with them
What makes you think they “sent it back”?
There is no status anywhere indicating that.
They will try to deliver it again tomorrow. If they won’t succeed it will stay in the warehouse for few days and then be sent back to the sender.
Just call the number you were given or the one who called you and just talk to the delivery guy about how you wish to get it.
The way you wrote it makes it seem like you’re usually not at home so why are you even ordering to your home address instead of pickup spots?
You’re wasting everyone’s time
