She ‘became’ a Christian at the age of 16? So, what was she previously, a Muslim, a Jew, a Buddhist, an atheist? Public biographical information on Mullally’s early life is fairly scarce but I would guess, given she later was ordained an Anglican priest, that she was probably born into an Anglican family. However observant her parents may or may not have been, and while not doubting her renewed faith at the age of 16, surely she was nevertheless born a Christian.

The entire point of the Church of England was to allow Henry to get a divorce. It seems really disrespectful to let a woman into a prominent position like that what’s the point of the church

The election again of someone who really doesn’t believe that the Bible is God’s word just reinforces the irrelevance of much of the Church of England.
