Ciao a tutti

It does fit but its a one time one.
You basically push it on the Schuko plug and you cant remove it anymore. Its to “convert” Schuko to swiss plug.

  2. These metal pieces are there by design. This “permanently” converts it, you have to force it in.

It’s also recommended to use the foam provided, just for a better contact.

This is a permanent adapter. You push it hard on the plug and it never releases. See the little teeth in the holes.

Have you tried pushing them in or is it way too tight? it is supposed to be tight, since these adapters are made to be permanent. So you need to use a bit of force to push them in.

  5. Normally the ones delivered with this are not meant to be taken off after being added, i.e. the device permanently has a (giant) Swiss plug. Might be difficult to get in because of this, but with enough force it should work. If not, complain to Galaxus?

I’ve never bothered, I just use a travel adapter, since it’s only for devices I plug in rarely and I’d rather have the flexibility.
