Questo “giocatore d’azzardo professionista” perde centinaia di migliaia all’anno a causa di mance sia dei propri soldi che dei soldi dei follower, pubblica continuamente risultati falsi e blocca chiunque lo sgridi. La truffa funziona perché il reddito di Patreon supera notevolmente le sue perdite! I tribunali sono davvero all’oscuro!

it’s perfectly reasonable that a court dealing with a defamation case issue interlocutory injunction to prevent further defamation until case is resolved.
the courts can only deal with what’s put in front of them, which in this case is defamation. If he is a scammer than someone should sue him for fraud, and use an interlocutory injunction to prevent him giving tips until the case is resolved.
It’s a defamation case. This chap seems very litiguous I recall the phoenix doing a piece on him going after another lad on twitter who was criticising him
Actually I see this is the same guy. I’ve read his substack articles and this tipster seems to be encouraging depositing money in some website based in the Comoros islands. A real ring of nasti2k about this.
