      In Spain, they use the courts and lawsuits as means of intimidation. So basically they file lawsuits against everyone left-wing when they do a sketch or say an opinion which they are not comfortable with. And complicit judges admit those lawsuits, which are a loss of time and money. But they create fear, and not everyone can afford a lenghty process. So they use these lawsuits as a weapon.
