Shit, man. Get well.
P.S. Why did you do it? Actually, I didn’t get it at all – did you shoot yourself? Or you mean, you have joined AFU to die there (and got wounded)?
Bless you and I’m glad you’re sticking around, we need you.💙💛🇺🇦
Glad to hear you are still with us and glad to hear you are getting better.
If anyone struggling is reading this: You matter and deserved to have someone to listen to you. My DMs are open and I can provide support in Ukrainian, English and German.
Hope you get well OP. Wish you all the best!
Thanks for your courage while serving and your courage to share this.
When there’s death, there’s guilt. Guilt, that lures back to death.
Explore the modern treatments with psychedelics. There is a lot of evidence for MDMA therapy and others.
You’ve pulled yourself up from the trenches of your toughest battle!! May you be blessed for eternity for your bravery and strength on both of your war fronts!! ❤️ stay strong! Life is beautiful in the smallest of ways! 🤗
Sorry to hear about your struggles. European countries should pay benefits and medical treatments to its citizens that went there to protect Europe from Russia.
I hope there will be wellness in your heart. The dark doesn’t win, and the light doesn’t win either, both just come and go and share our existence with us.
Thanks for sharing
That’s rough. But hopefully you’re in a better place now. Fair play on sharing your story.
I’ve suffered ptsd as well, if you ever need an ear lmk. We’re all rooting for you and for Ukraine, I’m sending $ whenever I can.
Much love brother. You are wanted and you are needed in this life. Slava Ukraini 🇬🇧🇺🇦
Thank you very much for your service!
May you be in good health and may you be happy.
You are loved, friend. Please be well as often as you can. **You are worth it.**
I’m glad you’re still with us. I hope you’re in a better place now ❤️🩹
I hope you can find strength to get the help. This is something that only you can do, no one will be able to make you. But I suggest to try. From what I understand, PTSD can be treated with mental health support and prescription but it will never go away.
You are a true hero, who put your life to defend the country who really needed it. And you should be very proud of yourself. I know that you have people who love you, and you should stick with them. Think about them when you hit a rough patch and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Please know that there are MILLIONS of people out there, myself included, who would like the opportunity to thank you in person. It’s going to take many decades for you to meet them all, so stay healthy and I look forward to someday shaking your hand and buying you a beer
As another Ukrainian vet (still here) I know it doesn’t help much, but I remind myself of all the guys I lost along the way, it’s not fair to them if I end it myself despite their sacrifices.
We need to live on for all the boys who didn’t.
I hope you’re going okay mate.

Thank you. You are worth the world and deserve the best. Please continue living your fullest life in honor of those who no longer have the option.
May you know many peaceful days and treasure new memories ahead.
Thank you. Heroyam Slava 🇺🇦
A suggestion for yourself and other veterans: narrative processing.

I can not imagine how you and all your countrymen and women will continue to pay the price for having to fight and suffer because of this horrible war.
It makes my heart tremble with rage.
Thank you for posting about your own personal battle and that you have made it through.
It is SO very important, and it will help others not feel alone in their dark moments.
Know that every battle, inside and out, is worthy.
And you WILL see, this war end, and Ukraine will rise from the ashes like the Phoenix in the morning sun!
Glory to all heroes!
I’ve attempted on my life as well, but survived. Can’t say I’m happy but I’m happy for you man
Hey buddy, you’ve seen things, you lived things noone should ever seevor live.
Hope you’ll be able to return to the most normal life possible.
With friendship,
