      If Russians don’t target ours we won’t target theirs is a bad bargain for Ukraine.
      It should be, if you don’t want us to strike Russian energy, provide us with same incremental financial support as the incremental profit that Russia will receive from being allowed to safely export energy, so we are not relatively disadvantaged.

      This is like asking Ukraine to just give up. Attacking Russian oil and gas revenue is literally the only thing that is going to end the war, unless the allies step up in a major and unprecedented way (they won’t)

      It would be interesting to know which countries Zelensky was referring to. I can only imagine that this request came from the United States, or perhaps from Hungary and Slovakia. I can’t imagine that this request came from countries like Germany, France, or the UK. Here in Europe, we know full well that Putin will only stop when Russia’s economy is on the brink of collapse, To achieve that, we must make it as difficult as possible for them to export oil and gas.

      Or what, you’ll cut off aid? You’re already letting Russia trade oil, you can’t do anything worse at this point. The Ukrainians will continue fighting with or without “allies”. It’s an existential fight for them. FFS, I’m tired of the West contorting itself to say Russia should be allowed to do what they’re doing.

      It is really easy for Ukraine to stop attacking Russian oil infrastructure. They are literally only asking for one, extremely reasonable thing in return. Russia not killing Ukrainians. Is that still happening? Yes? Well then, speak to Russia and see what can be done to stop blowing up their oil.

      Basically he has to, Starlink may get a “temporary issue” for UA, and a server misconfiguration issue may accidentally cause Russia to get access.

      Whoever those people are, and for sure some are supposed to represent me, I’d like to say F THEM. Bomb the ever living hell out of all infrastructure as you’ve been doing.
