Quindi ho un turno a Pasqua e mi pagano il doppio. È un giorno festivo, quindi molti giorni liberi vengono retribuiti, ma considerando che lavoro durante quel giorno e vengo pagato il doppio, perdo le ferie o avrò un altro giorno libero?

It’s considered as normal workday other than the double pay
Depends on your job, I work at a hospital and I always get extra days off on the 3 week lists if I work holidays.
Basically every list has 6 days off in total, but if there’s holidays that are outside of a weekend then you have an extra day off.
At least how it works for me
Not in Finland, no. Very few countries are as generous as Luxemburg when it comes to the public holidays.
You lose any right to alternative time off if you receive double pay during a holiday.
*The law does technically allow employers to give their workers more time off if they want to. Usually this would happen through a collective agreement (työehtosopimus, TES). But highly unlikely since you receive that cash money double pay.
In most cases you just get paid more. That’s the compensation for losing the day off.
