    Una massiccia esplosione è avvenuta nella raffineria di petrolio di Nizhnekamsk, nel Tatarstan, attualmente Russia. La raffineria di petrolio produce quasi 9 milioni di tonnellate di prodotti petroliferi all’anno.

      That’s enough to be quite significant.

      I am guessing the Gulf Arabs are helping the Ukrainians to make sure Putin’s oil is stuck too.
