We really need to start pushing renewables as a security measure. The current global situation is a prime example why we need to do so and why stories like this are vital in being megaphones around the country.
As a reminder, whatever happens with drilling licences, UK oil and gas output is going to keep falling. The choice is import or renewables. Those who want import need to explain how we manage risks like the current shitshow.
