Per prima cosa mi scuso se questo è lo stile sbagliato, secondo mi trasferisco in Germania per Ausbildung, voglio farmi un tatuaggio sul collo ma prima di farlo voglio sapere quanto sono severi i datori di lavoro, so che i tatuaggi non devono essere offensivi o simboli di odio

Depends on the job, the city and the people working there.
So there’s no blanket statement to be made.
Depends on job and company. I work with multiple people with neck tattoos.
Unless you are working in public service with exposure to clients there are rarely any restrictions.
Can you tell us more about the kind of Ausbildung you’re doing? Supermarket or trades, no one will care a whole lot. If it’s more of an office setting, could hurt your chances, and at the very least get you some looks and comments.
I work for the government and have underarm tattoos…no issues
