      We are stupid for sharing a pool with another country’s nukes, although not sure how we could diplomatically deal with that with Trump in charge rn

      The nukes are air Fairford not Lakenheath. I sympathise with their protest, but they’re in the wrong place.

      Good for them. We need more people holding peaceful demonstrations to get their voices heard.

      Even if you’re not a CND type, it’s pretty obvious that the nuclear deterrent is under the sea. So these, in spite of some silly old RAND corporation Cold War theories, have become more of an offensive nuclear threat, as Trump’s behaviour is now making perfectly plain.
