I milonegrini sono veramente consapevoli del fatto che la maggior parte del neo-Montenegro, comprese Podgorica e Kotor, storicamente non sono mai state Montenegro?

Basically it was Montenegro forever, from kingdom of Doclea times. Just, for extended period of time some territories were occupied by others. This does not mean that nationality, culturally and in all other ways those occupied territories were not connected with free Montenegrin parts.
