It’s probably in the fine print of the AGB/TOS. Those people want to make money after all with you violating the TOS.
I don’t think you can pay for parking during the day, as it’s meant to be used exclusively by customers.
You will get a 40€ fine. It says “no free parking outside the stated time frame” somewhere in the small print. Happened to me a few weeks ago.
