In my neighborhood there are large flocks of crows which fly like this. The picture is a bit low quality but I believe it should be crows also. As far as I know, crows don’t perform murmurations in the same way that starlings do. It’s just a large flock. Difference being that starlings congregate in much larger numbers and fly faster, more tightly together, and with more rapid changes in direction.
