But my grandmother’s Easter cake is all about childhood and the most balanced flavour. It may not look very pretty on the outside, but I know for sure that it isn’t just another culinary masterpiece, but a genuine Easter cake baked for the bright holiday with pure intentions. And it just so happens that it’s my grandmother’s birthday today, so it’s lovely to wish her a happy birthday once again☺️
