Good, people who give aid or support to our enemies should be subject to such action.
The ‘public policy’ or ‘public good’ basis for legal decisions creeps me out every time I see it. A reminder that in certain cases the judges can just say ‘eh, I don’t like it, get fucked’ without any particular justification beyond the current zeitgeist.

Maybe I’m overly cynical, but why is this only being reported by the right winged media? I can’t find anything that isn’t Gbeebies, Torygraph etc.
