So he was blackmailing Orban?
This feels like pure transactional politics: “we fix your pipeline, you stop blocking the loan.” Would be nice if EU media mapped out all these leverage points visually so people can actually follow what’s happening.

this just shows how everything in europe right now runs through energy first politics second once the oil starts moving again suddenly the big political blocks start disappearing too it was never really about principles as much as leverage
