CIAO. Ho chiesto a diversi falegnami di costruirmi un armadio e loro mi hanno offerto un preventivo (tutti prezzi simili intorno agli 8000-9000 zł), con contratto, e poi hanno chiarito che si tratta senza fattura ma con ricevuta. Altrimenti devo aggiungere il 23%. Quindi, qual è il mio rischio se stipulo un contratto con lui soprattutto se hanno un documento con il loro segno che ricevono tali soldi o se li trasferiscono sul loro conto bancario?
Inoltre non dovrebbe essere loro obbligo emettere fattura? Ho lavorato anche con imprenditori edili con contratto, alcuni hanno ricevuto il pagamento tramite bonifico bancario ma in seguito non hanno mai emesso fattura.
Fuori tema: ho trovato falegnami davvero economici anche fuori città, ma i tempi di attesa sono solitamente più lunghi e mi dà dubbi sull’affidabilità.

It is their obligation to give you an invoice if you ask for it. Otherwise they may just pass it to their accountant if you pay via a bank transfer. Most take cash only though, so no invoice.
Everyone wants:
* good highways
* high speed rail
* nuclear power plant
* great healthcare
* great education
* strong and well equipped army
But no one wants to pay taxes to pay for this
So what is *probably* going on here is they are offering you to this as a business service (invoice) or as a private contractor through Umowa o Dzieło. The tax rate differs but also your obligations change. If you buy a service from a business its just that, if you employ a contractor you have certain obligations towards them.
