Pretty much at will it seems. The important thing is that Ukraine continues to declare the tempo of the attacks and moskovy is forced to react. Keep them on their back foot. Make their vast territory a liability rather than an asset.

Looks like they could have done with some of those pantsir AA systems that are concentrated in great numbers around one certain private palace.
