Nobody was amazed by that. The Green Party has nothing to do with green policies right now (despite the Scottish Greens still continuing to be greens…), it is just an anti-West one under an old branding.
Obviously, their members don’t care about the UK and the environment.
I hope they would do something with that…

First wave of comments here are ridiculous. While obviously this person is in the wrong to have done this, the green party is growing massively at the moment, and it’s not going to be surprising that there’s likely a few members that don’t pass mustard, especially at the local election level. It’s not like the main party is likely aware that this person’s private business broke an environmental law.
Well that’s no surprise, since the Greens having moved away from saving badgers and hedgerows.
He’s not interested in the environmental policies they have, but in their other policies.

There’s two type of Green, those for who green is a statement of their environmentalist, those for who green is a statement of their faith.
I doubt he’s in the Green Party because he cares about environmental issues
Remember, Green refers to their bandana colour, not their environmental credentials.
the regular sunday morning green bashing, from the regular sunday morning green bashers.
you guys are so transparent.
Well that is certainly the conduct you want from an environmentalist party
On the brightside, it’s not hatred or racism this time.

Well thet have had a big influx of members who clearly don’t share the core environmental beliefs that the party was founded on.
Many are more interested in global political issues
