Over half – and that doesn’t include the connections or pipes or pumps or anything else that was likely melted or otherwise destroyed in those beautiful fires.
There’s no way the Russian economy and production apparatus can keep up with this.

Russia had an almost 7 million BPD capacity before the war, this has been reduced by approx 1 million BPD, so just saying, Russia is huge and their gas and oil infrastructure is massive, we all have to understand, this won’t cripple them, not yet.
