CIAO. Ho scattato questa foto nel 2016 a Bruges. L’ho sempre dato per scontato "merda di topo" è con scaglie di cioccolato o qualcosa del genere, ma mi piacerebbe saperlo con certezza.
Come nel Regno Unito, alcuni chiamano i biscotti Garibaldi "biscotti con mosche morte". Sta succedendo una cosa simile anche qui? Ed è diffuso o è uno scherzo privato solo in questo bar? Grazie per il tuo tempo.

It’s called hagelslag in standard Dutch. But in Flemish dialect muizenstrontjes. Literally translated to English: Shit of mice. The joke comes from a TV series called “Eigen Kweek”

The proper translation is chocolate sprinkles. Not everything needs to be literally translated. 😀

Oh in French (at least in my family) we say “crottes en chocolat” too 🙂
