Why? There is nothing normal in European parliament’s “resolutions” on Karabakh. But it doesn’t reflect the views of EU or the individual EU members, as the European Parlament has zero authority. 

I think people here are mixing up European Comission and European parliament. If it was up to European Parliament, they would have called a crusade against Azerbaijan. But Azerbaijan has quite good relations with European Comission, the only one with authority.

Edit: This was in 1988, when there were no independent Armenia and Azerbaijan. There were 10 resolutions in total between 1988 and 2018.
