So che probabilmente è ovvio per la maggior parte di noi, ma voglio comunque mostrarlo a Reddit "promosso" annunci che ho visto spesso (sul mio telefono senza blocco annunci), soprattutto mentre guardavo questo sottotitolo e altri sottotitoli finlandesi. Il canale Youtube di questa organizzazione?? (non ci sono molte informazioni a riguardo tramite una ricerca su Google) è interamente in russo e sembra che lo abbiano anche loro i propri "trasferimento" subreddit pieno di sciocchezze generate dall’intelligenza artificiale

Russians looking to destabilize Finland by promoting migration leading to higher unemployment, greater strain on social security, and general unease with the government? Color me shocked.
Looks like they specialize on smuggling illegal russians into Finland under some IT cover. This should be reported to the police

Not sure if the service you see adverts on is the same, or if they’re legit at all, but it is quite shady nevertheless.
TL:DR:
As of now, you cannot purchase property in Finland if you’re Russian (without Finnish citizenship), but if you want to circumvent the ban, they offer a service where they “hire” you as an employee, but instead of them paying you, you pay them approximately €7000 a month for the service, giving you all the perks of being an expert with a work visa without being or working as one.
Not everything is a scam or conspiracy. Nerdsbay (who the ad is linking to) is a legitimate organisation offering the option of working in a position abroad while living in Finland, with them as an intermediate. They also have a community of tech professionals and do talks and events for them.
Considering the employment situation in Finland, it’s something that could be very important for someone (e.g. a spouse who has a partner and family settled in Finland and so can’t leave).
Russian is still one of the largest non-native demographics in Finland. An organisation being run by Russians living here doesn’t make it automatically a part of some Kremlin psyops operation.
