> My answer is negotiations. I think tomorrow, when I meet the Prime Minister, I will discuss this issue with him. And immediately after this visit, I will have another discussion with President Aliyev. You know that we always try to play our role in mediating and helping. I believe in respect for international law and I am very happy that in recent months the tension has decreased and a new phase has begun. I think it is very important to support this new phase of peace and stability. So our role is to do everything possible to improve the situation.
