Non è necessario porre un limite alle dimensioni che possono avere le società di noleggio. Mi sembra così triste sapere che la maggior parte di queste proprietà finisce nelle tasche dei capitalisti mentre mancano gli alloggi per le persone o forse sto pensando che sia sbagliato?

If they rent these apartments out it increases supply on the rental market, that lowers rents. The idea that this is a bad thing is based on the assumption that owning is somehow always better than renting, which it isnt.

Ég hélt að núverandi ríkisstjórn ætlaði að koma í veg fyrir svona og koma á einhvers konar leiguþaki eða leigubremsu? Og takmarka uppkaup fjárfesta á fasteignum? Kristrún? Hvar er leigubremsan og hömlurnar?
