There is no such thing as “constitutional council” in Poland. The president tries to sell his political agenda wrapped as serious entity.
The idea to create new constitution or rather new system for ruling Poland is the source of all the problems that we have today. Kaczyński mentioned many times he would like to change the constitution, he promised to do it finally for their second term. As he failed to secure enough votes for the parliament, he did it anyway by ignoring polish law. This is why we have what we have. And he is proud of that, he admitted he is proud that he already changed polish political system.
These people hate Poland and now Nawrocki tries to justify move towards dictatorship by saying it would fix the mess PiS did.
Let’s just clean up the mess.
