Prefabricated chalets where sold on catalogue, with many different options.
This looks very Scandi to me. I see this style much more in Sweden than here.
I don’t see anything chalet-esque about this building. A [chalet](https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chalet#/media/Datei:Wilderswil-Chalets.jpg) typically has a ground floor built from stone with the upper floor(s) made out of wood.
Well this is not a chalet, but rather looks like a simple house in the outskirts or almost land parts of Switzerland
