There’s a very good track at the Stade Josy Barthel that you can use, but if I understood correctly, it’s open to the public in the morning or when no teams are training there. Otherwise, there’s a track at Geesseknäppchen, or a really good one in Mamer that recently reopened. You can access all of these tracks as an ordinary person when no official teams are training, which is mainly during the evenings.

I used to run @ the Geesseknäppchen stadium. It’s open to the public outside of school hours and on the weekend. It’s 333m, not 400. I’ve also run @ Josy Barthel stadium, although it was closed on Sundays.
