Nothing wrong with reviving rural areas… The EU is funding such projects.
So much misinformation mostly from ELAM fanboys on social media about this subject. First of all they did not buy a village, they bought a lot of plots in Trozena containing mostly ruins. That village was few years from being swallowed by nature and forgotten for ever. They want to make a resort there like the one in Kalopanagiotis. You’re free to walk the streets and the amazing hiking path that the new owner made.
Zionist play book in action. History repeats itself, people never learn.
OP is a propaganda bot paid by Qatar
Not the first time foreigners bought a village.
I cant remeber the name but there is a villgare that Russians developers bought kindsa closer to Vizakia
Και στην Ελλάδα παρόμοια. Τί να πεις….
There should be a restriction on foreign bought land/property REGARDLESS of nationality. Not only is almost half of our island stolen anyway we need to make sure we dont give the other half away just to treat some people’s greediness. Unfortunately though, knowing the speed in which our government operates REGARDLESS again of whether its right or left wing measures will (and still debatable) be taken in the last minute. «Υστερα φερνει ο φουρνος την πυραν» iykyk

What could possibly go wrong?
Wrongly described in their info at one point as an abandoned Turkish village. It was always a Greek summer village of Arsos and Vasa and was mostly destroyed in 1953 in an earthquake. The land has continued to be farmed since by the Greek local owners. I expect they may have made a profit.
It’s so unfortunate to me that the view on foreign bought land for housing is either restrict it or promote it. There doesn’t seem to be a conversation to de-commodify housing.
When Israel operates a military base, no one complains. So, whats wrong with giving a village to them? Or a city?
