Could be reenactment, could be a movie, could be neonazis(they mostly just put up flags, stickers, flyers and do drugs)
The building is an old schoolhouse now used as a museum/bygdetune. It’s used bye one of the local theatre groups for a play about the war. https://www.nittedalteater.no/da-krigen-kom-til-hakadal/
This building is called «Nittedal bygdetun». On April 20th they posted a message on their Facebook page about this.
They are working on a play called «Da krigen kom til Hakadal» («When the war came to Hakadal»), so they have warned neighbours about Nazi flags, actors in German uniforms and replica firearms. Police have also been notified.
You can search for their Facebook page if you want. Nothing to worry about.
