Stamattina ho visto che la mia spedizione è stata respinta dalla Posta Svizzera. Qualcosa di nuovo per me. Come funziona esattamente il processo di espulsione e di quali strumenti ho bisogno per poterlo catturare a casa? Dato che è un oggetto pesante e fragile, penso che avrei bisogno di qualcosa di molto morbido e idealmente di un grande trampolino? Non mi piace davvero quel servizio.

It’s usually a sign that either something went slightly wrong during sorting and the packet needs to be manually sorted or someone (usually the receiver) issued an order related to the package. For example if you change the date of delivery in the app it will get ejected or if you re-route it to a Poststelle or PickPost location.
Usually nothing to worry about but will add 1 day to the estimated delivery in most cases.
