Short – You didn’t have a registered stay
On May 1, 2026, at 16:10 hours, the named person was subject to a control by officers of the Kolašin Security Department at the Kolašin railway station. Subsequently, the individual was brought to the offices of the Inspector for Foreigners at the Kolašin Security Department. Following the measures taken, it was determined that the person had an unregistered stay within the territory of Montenegro, thereby committing an offense under Article 214, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Foreigners.
It is part of a copy of a police report, describing that somebody was id-checked at the train station in Kolašin, brought to the police station, and found to be staying illegally in the country
