      Looks like our institutions are getting more competent and start cleaning the house a bit. Political changes are downstream from this. You can also see the corruption of the big IT procurement and it’s downstream effect. Then the fiasco with the forests…

      I work in procurements and funding sphere, and there are so much weirdness going on there. Most blatant, just check the results of travel services procurements on EIS :))
