Oh my god…I used to live in Norway some time and I still miss fiskekaker and mozell light. Other things I can buy where I am rn as they are imported. First time I ate fiskekaker was during my Erasmus stay. Our mentor invited us to her cottage at Frøya. We went out to the sea on a motorboat and catched some fish. Later the day she made fiskekarer. Delicious
