Instructions look pretty clear to me.

Use Google Translator on your phone.

You set the time of departure to the timer, so it preheats your car for 2 hours. For example, you set the timer to 14 o’clock, the timer starts heating your car at 12 o’clock.

To set the time of departure:

1.Press the arrow button once, the clock now changes to the set time of departure

2. You can now change the set time of departure by pressing the arrows

3. When the time of departure has been set, the screen returns to the normal state that shows a clock.

To change the clock to the correct time:

1. Press both arrows at the same time, the numbers start blinking.

2. Adjust the clock by pressing the arrows

3. When the wanted time has been set, the screen will stop blinking after a few seconds and the correct time is now set to the clock.
