Yep, you’d only need 500 people to vote 20 times for Israel to get the 12 points. It’s very likely that the entire voting campaign was astroturfed using non-legitimate lessons so I definitely do not see how Eurovision can continue like this when the public’s vote is so easily compromised.

Obviamente no son votos legítimos y probablemente comprados. Si el sistema de voto fuera gratuito, y cada espectador votara sola una vez, otro gallo cantaría. Pero creo que es utópico conseguir un sistema verdaderamente justo. Para mí el concurso necesita una reorganización completa y obviamente expulsar a los Estados participantes que violan el derecho internacional/derechos humanos. Hasta entonces no volveré a interesarme.

There are 45000 jews living in Spain. If you can vote 20 times per number this should explain this result.
Nobody is voting because it costs money. 2eur per vote.
That low overall number is no surprise.
That unanimous result however, it looks like a 4chan coordinated trolling campaign. Or a sponsored troll farm (100k for a middle finger to Sanchez would be peanuts for a country which is spending billions on a war).
Spaniards can only agree on one thing: beer should come with free snacks and cost below 2€ for 330ml. So I highly doubt this result is organic. But i also don’t care enough about the ESC.
Russian and Iran meddling in interior discussions is worse but doesn’t get the same coverage.

I think it is pretty obvious that Israel is using their lobbying, media influence and foundations abroad to cast votes en masse.
They are currently the most hated country in the world. Occam’s razor tells us that it doesn’t make sense that they win a popularity (and politically biased) contest.

I’ve seen nobody talking about Eurovision this year. Every person i know in real life agrees with the boycott or doesn’t care. And i know people with many different views.
