Nello specifico per la parte relativa ai 2 secchi, non ho attrezzature sofisticate per la produzione della birra, solo pentole e bollitori. Ma ho 2 secchi di plastica. Quindi dovrebbe funzionare, sì?

I’ve done sahti with bigger implements and this seems quite similar to the recipe I used. Though I made it in a smoke-sauna, which added some smoky flavors, and when I made it, juniper used have a protected status, so I could not use the leaves
