I love that we do it. About damn time. I hate that we do it now for QP getting election credits.
Armenia will not be able to attract foreign investment if there is a constant threat that assets can be nationalized without reasonable payouts of current owners and eminent domain law is not respected.
If the gov’t respects its own nationalization procedures and purchases the plant, then perfect. If the gov’t sues current owners because they acquired this asset illegally, then perfect. If not, it belongs to current owners.
There we go.
For some reason pashinyan is especially pissed at tsarukyan.

Nationalization is a horrible idea on principle. Governments are generally not good at running businesses. Even worse this is being done on purely political basis, not economic. Not good at all.
