Un uomo di 26 anni ha brutalmente aggredito un 18enne in una strada a Niemodlin. L’autore del reato ha prima investito intenzionalmente la vittima, che era alla guida di uno scooter elettrico, quindi l’ha picchiata e derubata.

The driver’s ego was hurt badly apparently.
It doesn’t make it fine, but seems more like a personal beef between the two of them.
I can’t believe that a driver would just decide to randomly knock someone off a scooter and then start madly punching them. It looks like the driver was already chasing him.
Do we know if the driver’s been caught? Charged?
I hope he gets the full sentence of 20 years. Absolute scum of the world.
