Recentemente ho ordinato un pacco dal Giappone, era la prima volta che il mio pacco veniva presentato alla dogana e ora è in giacenza da 5 giorni. Non so se è nella mia città e non ho ricevuto alcuna e-mail sulla consegna, quindi non sono sicuro che ci sia qualcosa che dovrei sapere.

This sounds like customs needed additional information for clearance and did not get it.
First, maybe contact sender
Did you give postal service proxy to pay tariffs?
Prepare to be robbed by customs tax. Never order enything with poczta polska delivery. Always use DHL while importing from Japan
What does the Poczta Polska tracking site say? It might be more up to date.
Contact Poczta Polska via phone if you cant get more information from there.
“WARSZAWA WER” is PP’s customs facility, so the package is stored there. Tho I never was able to phone them, so it’s better to just call PP.
