      Well, the public-service part of the BBC *definitely* doesn’t air in the US…so surely less than zero of a case now?

      Though, viewed through the lens of a man with no case who wants to scare people into settling out of court, this could be a part of a push for a ‘lighter’ settlement, maybe? *”OK, you were willing to fight for the whole thing, but maybe you’ll settle for half”*-kinda thing?

      Dropped the defamation part because a scumbag, fraudster – rapist can’t really cry about it lol, the discovery from the BBC in this case would have made even wannabe dictator Trump blush, makes total sense he’s dropped it.

      Still hasn’t got a leg to stand on though and he’s about to be paying the BBC millions for wasting their time.

      Which part?

      The part where he claims he or someone in Florida saw a documentary not legally available there or the part where he claims posting footage of him saying things he actually said, in chronological order, is somehow libel

      If I recall the bbc edited a clip to show him saying something he didn’t say. That’s corporate assholery and should be punished. Even if Trump is an orange ass.
