What happened 13 years ago?
I expect they will probably make a new one in Eastern Libya, and still make a decent amount of profit from their base in Syria. They are surprisingly still close to Syria and Eastern Libya is ran by a pro Russian warlord, who has also been funded by France and other countries.
Short term it’s a problem, long term I don’t think it will be.
