Just by looking around my neighbourhood I see that a large section of EuroVelo 11 isn’t marked on the map
What’s the cycling-infrastructure like in Warsaw? I’m going to Warsaw next month and i’m considering renting a bike and take a big ride around the city. Is it good enough throughout the whole city?

Our infrastructure
Honestly, most of the data on the map is nonsense. At least in Rzeszów, true dedicated bike lanes (DDR) are basically non-existent, despite what the map shows. What we actually have are mostly shared pedestrian-bicycle paths, or at best, paths separated by a single painted line, with only a few mini-sections having an actual curb. Even where a lane is marked, it fails its purpose because it doesn’t physically protect pedestrians or separate them from cyclists in any meaningful way, which makes heavily crowded recreational areas really dangerous.
