All I can see is a few men talking nasty to a few women and threatening them with violence. No clear reason why. No spilling of anything off the balcony. Would be great to see more footage showing what led to this situation.

I think it’s a venue problem: if they are a small hotel and were booked out for a wedding, they have rented the regular rooms above the wedding celebration area, the conflicts were inevitable. The rest is up for the police to sort out.
