CIAO! Qualcuno saprebbe dirmi la marca del modello di questa lampada? Aveva anche un paralume circolare in vetro tenuto semplicemente da questi 3 poli. Nessuna vite ecc. Quindi si è spostato accidentalmente durante la pulizia, è caduto e si è rotto in pezzi. Ora devo sostituirlo ma non riesco a trovarne uno adatto. Ho già sprecato soldi provando due dimensioni, vetro da 25 cm e 34 cm di diametro. Non adatto. Ha bisogno di 38 cm, immagino. Il proprietario dice che il costo di una lampada simile è di 200€. Aggiungi il costo dell’elettricista e può arrivare fino a 350€.

Switch off lamp, carefully unscrew top and see if there’s a little sign with brand and model in it.
Ask landlord if he remembers where he bought the lamp (as he wants it replaced, that means it must belong to him, and not to the previous tenant). It seems he remembers the price…
Find a good lamp store near you (Gelbe Seiten, or search internet), take a better picture and go ask them. Or if you already unscrewed the top and it’s easy to disconnect, take the whole lamp with you.

It’s really easy to connect up a lamp yourself if you know what you are doing (or if you can copy what you see when you remove the old lamp).
Just one thing to add. If the lamp is older, the landlord cannot expect from you to pay the price in full. The tenant is only liable for the current value (Zeitwert).
Example: If a lamp cost €100, has a typical lifespan of 10 years, and is broken by the tenant after 8 years, the tenant only owes the remaining value of €20.
