“Zivis, jūras veltes” – everything else is good.
Stay safe!
It’s pretty clear. You can amend that last one to be “zivis, jūras veltes”, just to be gramatically in line with the rest.
Also, you might wanna add “ļoti bīstami manai veselībai” – “highly dangerous to my health” to it somewhere. Cause most places will treat it seriously. But y’know, just in case someone isn’t thinking about a non-primary ingredient or whatever.
Can’t help with the rest, but here are some small fixes:
Alerģija -> Alerģijas
Zivīm, jūras veltēm -> zivis, jūras veltes
If cross-contamination will still give you a reaction, it might get difficult.
I suppose it sucks not having any seafood or pistachio snacks… but fucking hemp seeds? Bro, you are not missing out on anything..
And apart from some minor grammatical errors your message is loud and clear. On top of that – I guess it’s required by the law to list all allergens in the menus, most places in Riga will have them in English so you will be able to double-check yourself.
looks alright. except I dont know how many people would know what psylium even is

Apart from psyllium, you can have this list as it is with you, no one would give af about a couple of small grammatical errors, people will be able to read and understand it. Also have an English copy as well – in some rare places there can be personal who doesn’t speak Latvian (I would personally avoid such places). Only add a sentence below in bold and red “Šie produkti ir bīstami manai veselībai!!!” (these products are dangerous to my health) to make sure people notice.
might be overdoing it, but maybe add the A01, A02.. etc allergen codes?
